Sheffield is a cycling city, despite the hills, or maybe because of them; there are myriads of cyclists and cycling enthusiasts, cycling shops and cycling groups. Structure is the only gym in Sheffield that we’re aware of that offers special off-bike strength and conditioning training programs. We thought the screening of this film would not only celebrate the sport of cycling but also inspire viewers with the great opportunities that are waiting to be enjoyed by cyclists here in Yorkshire and the UK.
